David Choo recognized the need for improvement when it came to building retirement communities. He created a brand that represents passion and genuine care in every way possible.

Ottawa Seniors and soon to be Seniors. The children of Ottawa Seniors and soon to be Seniors. Luxury Condos speak to 55+ who wish to experience luxury condo living while keeping the flexibility to opt in or out of amenities.

Seniors’ Suites are for Seniors 65+ looking for a sense of community and no longer desire the burden associated with home maintenance and care.Retirement Residences are for Seniors 65+ who need a little bit more care. This includes Dementia and Memory care.
